If you are not completely satistied with the program(s) you have
ordered, please return course material within two (2) weeks after
receipt for a full refund of the purchase price less postage. All
courses must be completed within the approval cycle they have been
purchased in. Courses are approved for 2 years and the current completion
date is stated on the instruction page in each course book.
